Developing personalities is an on going process that  is never really completed. But helping individuals to understand the importance of utilizing a wider and more creative vocabulary is what will take them beyond the realm of being a 'dick jockey' and move them into the more fulfilling,   rewarding and profitable position of "Air Personality".

One caution though ! The individual must 'have' a personality to be one. Otherwise encourage them to follow a different path.
